3. Copyrights attached to products through Digiscrap'Mania Shop shall remain the property of Digiscrap'Mania Shop, including enhancements, virtual papers, images or graphical vectors, collections/kits, etc. All rights reserved.
4. When downloading products sold or offered through the Digiscrap'Mania Shop website, you agree to use them for personal purposes only. You may not re-sell to third parties products sold or offered by Digiscrap'Mania Shop, in any manner whatsoever, unless Digiscrap'Mania Shop previously granted a commercial license (or commercial use) to this effect.
5. You may use all or part of Digiscrap'Mania Shop products to design your makings, pages or blog banners, in order to display them on scrap forums, personal websites, etc. However, you must mention that these products come from Digiscrap'Mania Shop, be they altered or not (for instance: modification of their size, colour or content).
6. Digiscrap'Mania Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom a litigation related to the payment of a previous order is pending.
7. You may not use quickpages or templates for a publication while stating that you are the author. You must specify the source Digiscrap'Mania Shop, name of kit and author) indicating it is a quickpage or a template.
8. You may not use materials offered through the Digiscrap'Mania Shop website to design pornographic or racist material, or material deemed to be offensive or likely to harm someone.
9. You may not copy, distribute, lend, sell or transfer material without previous consent of Digiscrap'Mania Shop, the copyright owner. Purchasing one or several Digiscrap'Mania Shop products does not entitle you to do so.
10. Due to the nature of products sold through Digiscrap'Mania Shop, they cannot be exchanged or reimbursed. Please contact us for any problems.
11. Information and personal details provided to Digiscrap'Mania Shop remain strictly confidential. We do not disclose or sell your details to third parties.
Under the French Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, you have the right to access, modify and oppose the use of your personal data by notifying us online or by post, indicating your surname, first name and address, and your client reference if possible.
As per our terms and conditions for sale, all product purchases are final, non-refundable sales.
Products sold cannot be exchanged, reimbursed or be subject to any right of withdrawal.
Products purchased though our website can be paid via the Paypal website which will automatically redirect you to our website's product download page. Purchased products can be collected during a period of 5 days, with a maximum of 2 downloads. The list of available downloads (products purchased over the last 5 days) is displayed in the « my account » section under «order history».
Purchased files can be downloaded in *.zip format (i.e. compressed) and opened with a file decompression software. For more information on compressing and decompressing, please consult the « Tips » section.
